Manatee County SWAT officers forced entry into a Bradenton house on October 23 to execute a search warrant. The operation resulted in the arrest of a local man and the seizure of over $150,000 in various narcotics.

Detectives from the Manatee County Sheriff's Office conducted the raid at a property in the 4900 block of 22nd Street West. The team recovered 1.75 pounds of cocaine, 15 pounds of marijuana, and 362.9 grams of psilocybin mushrooms. Deputies also seized 187.4 grams of MDMA, 35.5 grams of Adderall, 19.3 grams of ketamine, and 3.3 grams of oxycodone. Three guns and $3,366 in cash were found inside the residence.

Miguel Aguilar-Hernandez, 27, was located inside the home during the entry. A woman and their infant were also present at the scene. The Florida Department of Children and Families responded to the address and removed the baby from the home. Sheriff's officials have not disclosed whether the woman faces criminal charges in connection with the raid.

The investigation began with undercover purchases made by detectives from Aguilar-Hernandez. Based on those buys, investigators obtained the warrant that led to the October 23 entry. Aguilar-Hernandez is currently in custody.

He faces multiple charges including trafficking in cocaine and possession of marijuana and MDMA with intent to sell. Additional counts include possession of controlled substances and multiple charges for selling cocaine and MDMA.

The Sheriff's Office released details of the undercover work and the search warrant execution on October 30.
